摘要
目的:研究血小板参数与前白蛋白联合检测对川崎病患儿的诊断效能。方法:选择在某院诊治的KD患儿47例记为观察组,另选同期体检的健康儿童50例记为对照组,对比两组血小板参数与前白蛋白,观察组不同心脏受累亚组患儿血小板参数与前白蛋白,分析血小板参数与前白蛋白(PA)联合检测川崎病的诊断效能。结果:观察组血小板计数(PLT)、血小板的平均体积(MPV)及血小板的分布宽度(PDW)较对照组更高,而PA较对照组更低(P<0.05);冠脉病变组的PLT、MPV及PDW较非冠脉病变组更高,而PA较非冠脉病变组更低(P<0.05);根据ROC曲线分析发现,PLT、MPV、PDW联合PA诊断川崎病的诊断效能最高,其中曲线下面积为0.761,灵敏度为93.42%,特异度为88.93%,准确度为91.34%。结论:血小板参数与前白蛋白联合检测对KD患儿的诊断效能较好,诊断价值较高。
Objective:To study the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of platelet parameters and prealbumin in children with Kawasaki disease.Methods:47 children with KD who received diagnosis and treatment in a hospital were selected as observation group and 50 healthy children examined in a hospital at the same time were selected as control group.The platelet parameters and prealbumin in the two groups,and the platelet parameters and prealbumin in different cardiac involvement subgroups in the observation group were compared to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of platelet parameters combined with prealbumin(PA)in the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease.Results:The mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW)and platelet count(PLT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while PA was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The PLT,MPV and PDW in coronary artery disease group were higher than those in non-coronary artery disease group,while PA in coronary artery disease group was lower than that in non-coronary artery disease group.According to ROC curve analysis,PLT,MPV,PDW combined with PA had the highest diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease,in which the area under the curve was 0.761,the sensitivity was 93.42%,the specificity was 88.93%,and the accuracy was 91.34%.Conclusion:The combined detection of platelet parameters and prealbumin is effective and valuable in the diagnosis of KD.
