心理干预护理对乳腺癌患者术后辅助化疗治疗依从性的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Psychological Intervention Nursing on Compliance of Postoperative Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer Patients

目的:研究分析心理护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后辅助化疗治疗依从性的影响。方法:2019年1月~2019年11月某院一共收治80例乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者,按照双色球分组法分为对照组和观察组,对照组单纯给予基础护理,观察组实施基础护理的同时联合心理护理干预,获取两组相关护理数据并进行比较。结果:观察组干预后的治疗依从性97.50%明显大于对照组77.50%(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌术后辅助化疗治疗患者采用心理护理干预,可有效提高患者的治疗依从性,值得推广。

Objective:To study and analyze the influence of psychological nursing intervention on postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy compliance of breast cancer patients.Methods:From January 2019 to November 2019,a total of 80 cases of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patients with breast cancer admitted to a hospital were grouped according to the the double chromosphere grouping method.The control group was given basic nursing alone,while the observation group was given basic nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention,and relevant nursing data of the two groups were obtained and compared.Results:The treatment compliance of observation group(97.50%)after intervention was significantly higher than that of control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of patients with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer,which is worthy of promotion.
