快速康复管理模式在下肢骨折患者围手术期的应用效果

Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Management Model in Perioperative Period of Lower Limb Fractures

目的:探讨在下肢骨折的患者围手术期运用快速康复管理模式的效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月于某院接受诊治下肢骨折的120例患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各60例。对照组给予常规护理;研究组采用外科的快速康复理念,对比两组不良反应发生率、平均住院时间以及护理满意度。结果:研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,且平均住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论:在下肢骨折患者围手术期之中运用快速康复管理模式可改善并发症发生情况,提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation management model in perioperative period of lower limb fracture patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients with lower limb fractures treated in a hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group adopted a surgical approach to rapid rehabilitation.The incidence of adverse reactions,average length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the average length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative period of lower limb fracture patients,using rapid rehabilitation management model can improve the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
