Objective To study the effect and safety of clopidogrel in the prevention of cardiovascular disease in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy. Methods Totally 94 cases of patients with coronary heart disease treated by interventional therapy were selected as the observation subjects in this study, which were included from November 2018 to December 2019. According to the computer random grouping method, they were divided into two groups for control, including 47 cases in the conventional group taking ticlopidine and 47 cases in the study group taking clopidogrel. Results The platelet aggregation rate and thromboxane B2 in the study group and the conventional group were significantly decreased, and the decrease range of the study group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);There was no difference in the coagulation function between the study group and the conventional group(P>0.05);The adverse reactions in the study group were less than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion After taking clopidogrel, the blood coagulation function, platelet aggregation, thromboxane B2 and other observation indexes in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy are significantly improved, which can effectively prevent cardiovascular disease and reduce postoperative adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical attention.
