摘要
基于中国30个省份工业企业2005-2015年的动态面板数据,运用两步系统GMM法实证检验了政府补贴对企业绿色技术创新投入能力和产出能力的影响,并考察了企业异质性对政府补贴资助效果的影响,主要包括企业规模、所有制结构以及二者交互项对政府补贴资助效果的调节作用。结果表明:政府补贴对工业企业绿色技术创新投入和产出能力总体上表现为"杠杆效应"。政府补贴对大规模企业绿色技术创新能力提高具有更显著的正向促进作用,对国有企业绿色技术创新能力提高则呈现出负向作用。值得注意的是大规模国有企业获得政府补贴后能够显著激励绿色技术创新投入能力的提高,却不利于绿色技术创新产出能力的提高。
Based on the dynamic panel data of industrial enterprises of 30 provinces from 2005 to 2015,this paper empirically examines the incentive effect of the government subsidies on the firm’ s input and output capability of green technology innovation by using the two-step system GMM method.Meanwhile,it also examines the impact of the firm heterogeneity on the effectiveness of government subsidies,including the moderating effects of firm size, ownership structure and their interaction on the effectiveness of government subsidies.The results show that the impact of government subsidies on the industrial enterprises’ input and output capability of green technology innovation is generally manifested as "leverage effect".Moreover,the government subsidies have a more significant positive effect on the improvement of green technology innovation capability of large-scale enterprises,and have a negative effect on the improvement of state-owned enterprises’ green technology innovation capability.It is noteworthy that the government provides subsidies to large-scale state-owned enterprises can significantly stimulate the improvement of green technology innovation input capability,but it is not conducive to the improvement of green technology innovation output capability.
