车架防腐工艺研究

摘要 本文重点从国内各商用车主机厂车架板材的应用类型、各板材的不同预处理工艺、车架结构特点、防腐工艺现状及发展趋势进行了阐述,通过市场问题走访、售后服务反馈、行业调研及对应防腐工艺试验验证数据进行车架各种涂装工艺的防腐质量对比,以达到为车架行业防腐工艺升级指明方向。通过整体的试验数据分析和涂装环保政策导向,目前适合车架防腐工艺升级的路线为散件电泳+总成喷粉的工艺。该工艺采用散件电泳能够解决电泳夹层锈蚀的问题,总成喷粉能够提升现有总成耐老化不足的问题,整体耐盐雾、耐老化的防腐指标均能够达到1000h。 This paper was focused on the application types and different pretreatment processes of the auto frame plates,frame structure characteristics,anti-corrosion process condition and its development trend in domestic commercial vehicle OEM factory.Through market interview,after-sales service feedback,industry survey and corresponding anti-corrosion process test verification data,the anti-corrosion quality of various painting processes of frame was compared to indicate the upgrading direction of corrosion protective process in frame industry.Through the overall test data analysis and environmental protection policy guidance for painting,the most optimized upgrading technology for frame anti-corrosion process was electrophoresis for bulk components+powder spraying for assembly,which could solve the problem of corrosion of interlayers during electrophoresis by using electrophoresis for bulk components,and the problem of insufficient weathering resistance of existing assemblies by powder spraying.The overall anti-corrosion of salt spray resistance and weathering resistance could be up to 1000h.
