摘要
为快速提升车身漆膜外观质量,某主机厂量产前进行了机器人试喷试验,采用控制变量法改变机器人工艺参数,优化确认了实现有效喷幅和膜厚均一性的喷涂流量、成形空气、旋杯转速等参数;外观调试过程发现提高旋杯转速和清漆膜厚能够有效改善橘皮和提高鲜映性。试喷试验有效减少了后期现场调试周期,有利于更快实现快速达产和漆膜外观品质。
To quickly improve the quality of the appearance of the car painting,a robotic spray experiment was conducted before scale production at a car factory. Through changing the process parameters of robots by using variable control method,such as spray volume,air shaping,and bell rotating speed,the process parameters were optimized and confirmed during the effective spray fan width and film thickness uniformity test. The study indicated that increasing the spray bell rotating speed and varnish film thickness was effective in minimizing orange peel and enhancing the DOI value in the appearance debugging process. This robotic spray experiment not only effectively reduced the post-commissioning cycle,but also be benefit to quickly realize scale production and paint film appearance quality.
