摘要
人格与人格教育的概念虽在20世纪末传入中国,但中国人格教育的起源却可追溯到春秋时期。青少年阶段是人生的“拔节孕穗期”,是国家的未来,以“孝”为核心的人格教育是立德树人的重要内容之一。以“孝”为考察视角,从“能养”“弗辱”“尊亲”三个层面,探究《礼记》孝文化对青少年人格教育的启示。只有敬畏生命、敬业乐群、立身行道,具备自立、自强、自尊、自信的人格素养与百折不挠的处世能力,青年方能担负起家国重任。
Although the concepts of personality and personality education were introduced into China at the end of the 20th century,the origin of Chinese personality education can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn period.Adolescence is the"jointing and booting stage"of life,and teenagers are the future of the country.Personality education with"filial piety"as the core is one of the important contents of moral education.From the perspective of"filial piety",this paper explores the enlightenment of filial piety culture in The Book of Rites on teenagers′personality education from three aspects of"being able to support","no disgrace"and"respecting parents".Only by reverence for life,respect for industry and the masses,standing on one′s own feet,possessing self-reliance,self-esteem,self-confidence and indomitable ability can young people shoulder the responsibility of their family and country.
