摘要
微生物分泌的胞外聚合物(EPS)组分对膜污染的影响十分复杂,为进一步探究EPS组分对藻菌共生体在畜禽养殖废水处理中膜污染的影响机制,对藻菌共生体在畜禽养殖废水中产生的EPS进行拆分,主要分成4种组分:溶解性微生物产物(SMP)、松散附着性胞外有机物(LB-EPS)、紧密附着性胞外有机物(TB-EPS)和提取EPS后的微生物絮体残渣(MFR).研究不同的EPS组分对膜污染的影响。实验结果表明,SMP造成的膜污染最严重,其次是MFR.线性拟合结果表明,SMP和LB-EPS主要以标准堵塞为主,MFR以滤饼层堵塞和中间堵塞为主,而TB-EPS则是由4种堵塞模型共同作用,更为复杂.污染物成分分析结果显示,造成膜污染的主要有机物是多糖和蛋白质类物质.
The EPS secreted by microbes could cause complicated membrane fouling conditions.To further explore the influence of EPS secreted by the algae and bacteria symbionts treating livestock and poultry breeding wastewater on the membrane fouling conditions,the EPS produced by the algae and bacteria symbionts was collected,separated and divided into four components:soluble microbial products(SMP),loosely bound extracellular polymeric substances(LB-EPS),tightly bound extracellular polymeric substances(TB-EPS)and microbial floc residue(MFR)after EPS extraction,to study the influence of different extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)components on membrane fouling.Experimental results show that the membrane fouling caused by SMP is the most serious,followed by MFR.The linear fitting results show that SMP and LB-EPS are mainly standard blocking,MFR is mainly filter cake layer blocking and intermediate blocking,and TB-EPS is composed of four blocking models,which are more complicated.The pollutant composition analysis results show that the main organic matter causing membrane fouling are polysaccharides and protein substances.
