毛细管换热器的换热特性研究

摘要 作为地表水源热泵的前端换热器,毛细管换热器具有优良的性能,对毛细管的结构优化设计研究对地表水源热泵的推广与应用具有重要意义。建立不同管间距下的毛细管换热器三维模型,搭建试验台进行换热实验来验证数值模拟的准确性。利用Fluent对毛细管换热器进行放热工况下的数值模拟,通过分析在不同地表水流速下的各个模型的进出口温差、单位席面积换热量、单位体积换热量、传热系数,来确定最佳管间距。并分析毛细管换热器换热性能指标随地表水流速的变化,研究它对毛细管换热器换热的影响。 As the front end heat exchanger of surface water source heat pump,capillary heat exchanger has excellent performance,which is of great significance for the popularization and application of surface water source heat pump.A three-dimensional model of capillary heat exchanger with different tube spacing was established and a test bed was built to conduct heat transfer experiments to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation.Fluent was used to conduct numerical simulation of capillary heat exchanger under exothermal conditions,and the optimal pipe spacing was determined by analyzing the inlet and outlet temperature difference,heat transfer per unit seat area,heat transfer per unit volume and heat transfer coefficient of each model at different surface water flow rates.The change of heat transfer performance of capillary heat exchanger with surface water velocity was analyzed and its influence on the heat transfer of capillary heat exchanger was studied.
