摘要
为解决圆锥滚子轴承内圈采用双端面磨削时,因两端面磨削面积不等,易出现“偏磨”的问题,通过试验验证,一方面对设备加工参数及砂轮规格进行固化;另一方面,从工艺测量角度,在现有控制套圈宽度公差的基础上,增加了对大挡边宽度公差的控制,取得了明显效果。采用改进后的双端面磨削工艺控制方法,解决了两端面磨削时的“偏磨”问题。
There is a problem of"eccentric wear"when the inner ring of tapered roller bearing is grinded with two end faces,because the grinding area of the two end faces is different.The test results show that,on the one hand,the machining parameters and grinding wheel specifications are solidified;on the other hand,from the perspective of process measurement,the width tolerance of the large flange is increased on the basis of the existing width tolerance of the control ring,and obvious results are obtained.The problem of"bias wear"in two-end grinding was solved by using the improved process control method of two-end grinding..
