摘要 随着纯电动汽车日益普及,纯电动汽车的故障诊断与检测也就越发重要。针对吉利EV450车型低压不上电故障,根据故障现象,分析可能的原因,给出了IG1(IR02)继电器控制电路、工作电路及其相关电路故障排除的详细步骤及方法。针对吉利EV450车型高压不上电故障,根据故障现象,分析可能的原因,给出了主继电器及其相关电路详细的检测步骤及方法。针对吉利EV450车型车辆无法行驶故障,根据故障现象,分析故障原因,详细的讲解制动灯开关及其线路的检测步骤及方法。 With the increasing popularity of pure electric vehicles,the fault diagnosis and detection of pure electric vehicles become more and more important.Geely EV450 model is not powered on at low voltage,the possible causes are analyzed according to the fault phenomena,and the detailed steps and methods for troubleshooting IG1(IR02)relay control circuit,working circuit and related circuits are given Geely EV450 model is not powered on at high voltage.According to the fault phenomena,the possible causes are analyzed,and the detailed detection steps and methods of the main relay and its related circuits are given.Geely EV450 vehicle cannot run.According to the fault phenomena,the cause of the fault is analyzed,and the detection steps and methods of brake light switch and its circuit are explained in detail.
