摘要
本文着重讨论未来技术学院建设的首要目标任务——培养具有前瞻性和全球视野,能够引领未来技术发展的创新型科技领军人才。未来技术领军人才培养与卓越工程人才培养的本质区别既源于未来技术学科所具有的不同于工程学科的主要特征,也源于对未来技术领军人才培养目标的高定位。为此,聚焦这些区别,本文重点讨论以下六方面:学科专业/方向确定、培养目标和培养标准制定、人才培养模式创新、课程和教学改革、研学产协同育人、国际合作育人等,以期为相关院校开展未来技术学院建设提供借鉴和参考。
This paper focuses on the primary goal and task of the construction of future technical colleges, that is, to cultivate innovative science and technology leading talents with a forward-looking and global vision who can lead the future technological development. The essential difference between the training of future technical leading talents and the training of outstanding engineering talents not only origins from the differences in the main characteristics between future technical disciplines and other engineering disciplines, but also from the high expectation on the training of future technical leaders. Therefore, focusing on these differences, this paper discusses the following six aspects in details: discipline/direction determination, development of training objectives and standards, innovation of personnel training mode, reform of curriculum and teaching, collaborative educating talents of research institutes, universities and enterprises, international cooperation education, etc. The insights from the paper could provide references for related colleges and universities to carry out the construction of future technical colleges.
