Practice Paths of Quality Promotion for Student Party Members from the Perspective of Volunteer Services

提升学生党员质量是高校党建的基础性工程,而志愿服务是大学生群体参与实践和服务社会的重要途径,实现两者的良性互动和双向互促是问题的关键。两者在含义方面的内在关联是功能实现的学理基础,而指导志愿服务的志愿精神的四层精神是功能实现的多维依据,在此基础上孕育了四大现实路径,涵盖入党积极分子培养启蒙工程、发展对象培养考察工程、预备党员提升工程和学生党员引领工程。

Promoting the quality of the student party members is the basic work of colleges and universities in party building while volunteer service is an important way for college students to join in practice and serve the society. The key is to realize their positive interaction and two-way promotion.Their internal linkage in meaning is the doctrinal basis of function realization while the four-layer spirits which guide volunteer service serve as a multidimensional basis of function realization. Four reality paths are thus formed as follows: projects for initiation of activists to be admitted to the Communist Party,evaluation of prospective Party members, promotion of probationary members of the Party, and guiding of student Party members.
