摘要 当前,受学生就业因素影响,职业院校在培育学生的过程中存在重职业能力轻职业精神的问题,致使学生可持续发展乏力。分析职业技能和职业精神的内涵,明确实现职业技能和职业精神融合培养的现实意义,通过搭建校企一体化的人才培养平台、构建立德铸魂的工匠之师、创建立德树人的校企文化等途径,实现职业技能和职业精神的融合培养,为社会经济发展培养高素质技术技能型人才。 In the current vocational education, affected by students’ employment, some vocational schools focus on the students’ professional ability while ignoring their professional spirit, resulting in students’ lack of motivation in sustainable development. The paper analyzes the meaning of professional skills and spirit, and specifies the realistic meaning of their integrated cultivation. It also puts forward that by building talent training platforms that feature school and enterprise integration, constructing morality-based craftsmanship, and establishing the school-enterprise culture of morality education, the integrated cultivation of professional skills and spirit can be realized for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents to promote social and economic development.
