越南《新刊南药神效十科应治》“劳损”探析

Analysis of “fatigue damage” in Vietnamese book titled Newly Cut Miraculous Medicines of Vietnamese Remedies from Ten Branches

通过对越南的古医籍《新刊南药神效十科应治》卷七"劳损篇"与中国相关医籍的比较研究发现,在劳损的病因病机、治则等方面,其融合吸收了金元医家李东垣、朱丹溪等的学术思想;在选方用药方面,其所载方剂大都来源于《本草纲目》所记载的取材简便、简单实用、容易普及的民间验方;其通过"原方照录""原方活用"等"域外接受"形式,促进了中医药治疗"劳损"方法的域外传播和推广。

Chapter of "fatigue damage" in volume 7 of Vietnamese medical book titled Newly Cut Miraculous Medicines of Vietnamese Remedies from Ten Branches is compared with relevant Chinese medical books. It is found that, this Vietnamese medical book absorbs the academic thoughts of Li Dongyuan and Zhu Danxi, physicians in Jin and Yuan Dynasties, in the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment principle. In prescription selection and medication, most recipes originate from folk prescriptions recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica, which is convenient, simple, practical and easy to popularize. Through the forms of "foreign acceptation", such as original prescription duplication and original prescription modification, the spread and popularization of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of "fatigue damage" are promoted in foreign countries.
