In the new era, there are opportunities for the transformation of China’s economic development pattern, including the significant improvement of the Chinese international economic position, the huge breakthrough of its digital economy, the adjustment of the global industrial chain and supply chain, and the acceleration of RMB internationalization. However various constraints will be significantly strengthened, especially concentrated in the international economic situation and rules, innovation drive, and production factor constraints.
