摘要 为进一步对大豆中的miR482家族有更全面的了解,本研究以大豆miR482家族为研究对象,对大豆中miR482家族的前体及成熟序列的特征、靶基因预测及其表达模式进行分析。在通过miRBase搜索得到的gma-miR482家族成熟序列中,除gma-miR482b/e均位于chr.20以外,其余序列均位于不同染色体。gma-miR482家族成熟序列核心区域具有较高的保守性,进一步分析共预测到24个gma-miR482的候选靶基因,其中大部分属于NBS-LRR家族(Nucleotide binding site leucine-rich repeats)。靶基因表达模式分析表明gma-miR482可能在大豆的不同发育时期发挥作用。本研究相关数据为深入解析大豆miR482家族的功能及分子调控机制提供了支持。 In order to comprehensively understand miR482 family members in soybean.In this study,we mainly analyzed the characters of gma-miR482 family,including the sequence alignment and evolutionary analysis of gma-miR482 family members,target prediction and the expression patterns of target genes.Based on the information collected from miRBase,most gma-miR482 members appeared to be located on different chromosomes,except that both gma-miR482 b and gma-miR482 e were located on chr.20.The central regions of mature sequences of gma-miR482 family members exhibited a high degree of conservation.24 genes were predicted to be the target genes of gma-miR482,most of them were annotated as belonging to NBS-LRR(Nucleotide binding site leucinerich repeats)family members.Further gene expression analysis about the predicted target genes showed that gmamiR482 might be involved in regulating plant growth and development in soybean.These results provided the basis for uncovering the molecular regulatory mechanisms mediated by miR482 family in soybean.
