中、西医药院校学生医患关系认知情况及职业选择态度调查 被引量:4

Analysis on the Students’Cognition of Doctor-Patient Relationship and Attitude to Career Choice in Chinese and Western Medical University

摘要 目的:调查中、西医药院校学生对医患关系认知情况及其未来职业选择态度,为医药院校学生培养和素质教育提出建议。方法:对北京中医药大学和首都医科大学的545名大学生进行问卷调查,利用EpiData3.1、SPSS20.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:医药院校学生对医患关系总体认知"相对消极",西医院校学生对医患关系现状认知较消极(P<0.05),中医药院校学生对未来医患关系发展及职业选择的态度较消极(P<0.05)。结论:医药院校在专业培养中,应完善医患教育体系,加强学生心理健康教育;中医药院校应加强学生专业自信,加强学生职业规划教育;西医院校应加强对应激事件的心理疏导及学生的认知重建。 Objective:To investigate the students’cognition of doctor-patient relationship in western and traditional Chinese medical university,analyze their influence on future career choice,and to make suggestions to student cultivation and quality education.Methods:The 545 students from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and The Captial Medical University were surveyed through questionnaire,then EpiData3.1 and SPSS 22.0 was used to analysis data.Results:The overall students’doctors-patient relationship cognition is"relatively negative",students in the western medical university are more negative in the status quo of the relationship(P<0.05),students in Chinese medical university are more negative in the development of doctor-patient relationship and career choice(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the professional training,medical universities should complete course system of doctor-patient education,enhance the psychological education;Chinese medical universities should focus on strengthening students’professional confidence and enhance career-planning education;Western medical universities should enhance students’psychological counseling for the stressful event of doctor-patient disputes and cognitive reconstruction.
