安徽省技术创新、研发投入与经济增长的关系研究

On the Relationship among Technological Innovation,Research&Development Investment and Economic Growth

以VAR模型为基础,选取了2004—2018年安徽省统计年鉴规模以上工业企业的数据,对技术创新、研发投入和经济增长3个经济变量进行实证分析。结果表明,技术创新、研发投入和经济增长3个变量间存在长期的动态影响:研发投入是推动经济增长的显著因素;经济增长对研发投入和技术创新的促进都存在滞后期;技术创新与研发投入互相促进。为促进经济发展,提出加大研发投入、加强技术创新能力、完善监管制度、建设良好的创新环境和提升人力资本的建议。

By means of the VAR model,based on the data of industrial enterprises above the scale in the statistical yearbook of Anhui Province from 2004 to 2018,the paper conducts an empirical analysis of three economic variables:technological innovation,research and development investment,and economic growth.The result shows that there is a long-term dynamic influence among the three variables,research and development investment being a significant factor to promote economic growth,economic growth being a lag in promoting research and development investment and technological innovation,and technological innovation and research and development investment promoting each other.It is suggested that economic development be promoted through increasing the research and development investment,strengthening the technological innovation capability,perfecting the supervision system,creating a good innovation environment,and enhancing the human capital.
