行政管理学“课程思政”建设路径和措施研究

A Research on the Path and Measures of Ideological and Political Education in Administration Science

“课程思政”是贯彻落实高等教育立德树人,实现全员育人、全程育人和全方位育人的重要举措。高校在发挥思政课程德育教育主要作用的同时,应充分挖掘专业课程立德树人的作用。行政管理学作为一门经管类课程,其课程内容涵盖诸多思政教育元素。通过融入路径分析,提出增进教师的育德意识与育德能力、作好课程教学再设计及多元评价课程思政效果的具体措施,实现“知识传授”与“价值引领”相统一,为行政管理学课程思政建设提供借鉴。

The course-based ideological and political education is an important measure to carry out morality education and to realize the whole-staff education,the whole-process education and the all-round education.As a course of economics and management,administration science contains many ideological and political elements.It is extremely important to improve the effect of ideological and political education of the course through the integration of knowledge imparting and value leading.The paper suggests some measures to strengthen ideological and political education in administration science,such as improving the morality education awareness and ability of teachers,strengthening the teaching designing,and evaluating the effect of ideological and political education from diversified aspects.
