加压溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定植物源性食品中的氟吡菌胺

Determination of flupyroxylamine in plant-deriveds foods by high pressure solvent extraction-high liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 建立一种操作简便、高效、快速测定植物源性食品中氟吡菌胺残留的加压溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱-质谱联用方法,并考察萃取剂及其用量、静态萃取时间以及方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度.该方法的线性范围为5.00~100 ng/mL,线性方程为Y=48697X-4711,相关系数R2>0.999,定量限为0.01 mg/kg.精密度和准确度实验结果显示,相对标准偏差为3.6%~5.7%,回收率为86%~110%. A simple,efficient and rapid method for the determination of fludropyram residues in plantderived foods was established by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The selection of extractant and the dosage,the static extraction time,the sensitivity,accuracy and precision of the method were investigated.The linear equation is Y=48697X-4711,the correlation coefficient is R2>0.999,the quantitative limit is 0.01 mg/kg.The precision and accuracy test results show that the relative standard deviations are in the range of 3.6%-5.7%,and the recoveries are between 86%-110%.
