miRNA及DNA甲基化与中医药干预冠心病研究新进展 被引量:6

Update on Researches between miRNA and DNA Methylation and the Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 现代社会,心血管疾病已然成为人类健康的主要威胁之一,其中,冠心病作为最常见的类型,具有高发病率及致死致残率。越来越多研究证实,微小核糖核酸(miRNA)调节与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)甲基化调控与冠心病的发生、发展关系密切,其可涉及调控冠心病的发病机理,且特殊的miRNA表达及特定基因的DNA甲基化状态可以作为冠心病预测及早期诊断的生物学标记以及治疗的潜在靶点。冠心病归属中医"胸痹""心痛"的范畴,研究表明,miRNA的及DNA甲基化的变化可以作为冠心病辨证分型的参考依据,且中医中药通过干预miRNA及DNA甲基化的相关靶点对冠心病起到防治作用。通过对miRNA及DNA甲基化参与冠心病的发病机制、检测,二者的相互调控以及中医药干预治疗等进行阐述,为相关研究提供参考。 In modern society,cardiovascular diseases have become one of the major threats to human health. Among them,coronary heart disease,as the most common type,has a high morbidity and mortality rate. More and more studies have confirmed that the regulations of miRNA and DNA methylation are closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease,which is involved in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. In addition,special miRNA expression and DNA methylation status of specific genes can be used as biological markers for the prediction and early diagnosis of coronary heart disease as well as potential therapeutic targets. In traditional Chinese medicine,coronary heart disease belongs to the category of chest pain and heartach. And studies have revealed that the changes of miRNA and DNA methylation can serve as the reference basis for the dialectical classification of coronary heart disease,while traditional Chinese medicine can treat coronary heart disease by interfering with relevant targets of miRNA and DNA methylation. This review will elaborate the relationship between miRNA and DNA methylation and coronary heart disease in the aspect of pathogenesis,detection,mutual effect and TCM treatment which can provide relevant reference for further study.
