白长川教授“滞伤脾胃”疾病观及在儿科临床应用

Professor BAI Changchuan’s View on Stagnation Injury of Spleen and Stomach and Clinical Application in Pediatrics

白长川教授传承《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《金匮要略》等中医经典理论,对比古今自然、社会、人文等因素的变迁,在李东垣"内伤脾胃,百病由生"学术思想基础上,结合中医病因辨证,气血辨证,因人因时因地制宜,形成了"滞伤脾胃"疾病观;在对临床多种脾胃疾病的具体治疗中强调"运脾调五脏,和胃畅六腑"。作者有幸跟师学习,并将其应用于儿科临床实践中,取得较好疗效。

Professor BAI Changchuan inherits Inner Canon of Huangdi,Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Synopsis of Golden Chamber and other classic theory of TCM,compared the changes of the ancient and modern natural,social and cultural factors,in LI Dongyuan"internal injuries taste,all ills life-in-death"based on the academic thought,combined with the etiology of TCM syndrome differentiation,Qi-blood syndrome differentiation,because each person also condition,formed the concept of stagnation injury of spleen and stomach;In the specific treatment of a variety of clinical diseases of the spleen and stomach,it is emphasized that"transport the spleen,regulate the five Zang organs,harmonize the stomach and smooth the six Fu organs".The author had the honor to study with the teacher,and applied it to pediatric clinical practice,and achieved good results.
