摘要
营卫与心关系紧密。心者主血脉,营卫生血行血。营卫运行失常,血脉瘀滞,内生痰浊水饮,导致心血瘀阻;营卫虚损,伤及心之气血阴阳,均可导致心系疾病的发生。调和营卫法作为心血管疾病的重要治疗方法,广泛应用于心血管疾病的治疗。现代研究表明调和营卫法具有缓解内皮功能障碍、调节自主神经重构、重塑肠道菌群、抗炎、逆转纤维化、抑制氧化应激和改善心功能等作用,在治疗冠心病、高血压病、心力衰竭、心律失常等心血管疾病中取得显著疗效。该文通过将调和营卫法对于心血管疾病的基础研究及临床应用进行总结,分析调和营卫法干预心血管疾病的作用机制,从而为心血管疾病的防治提供借鉴。
Ying and Wei has a close relationship with the heart.Heart masters the blood vessel.Ying and Wei produces blood and helps the normal running of the blood.Abnormal running of Ying and Wei could cause blood stasis,and produce phlegm water,leading to blood stasis of heart;deficiency of Ying and Wei injured Qi,blood,Yin and Yang of heart,which can all cause the cardiovascular diseases.As an important treatment for cardiovascular diseases,the method of reconciling Ying and Wei was widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Modern research showed that the method of reconciling Ying and Wei has the effects of relieving endothelial dysfunction,regulating autonomic nerve remodeling,remodeling intestinal flora,anti-inflammatory,reversing fibrosis,inhibiting oxidative stress and improving cardiac function.Significant effects have been achieved during the treatment of coronary heart disease,such as hypertension,heart failure and arrhythmias.This paper summarized the basic research and clinical application of cardiovascular disease by method of reconciling Ying and Wei,and analyzes the mechanism of method of reconciling Ying and Wei to intervene in cardiovascular disease,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
