针刺人迎穴改善血压昼夜节律研究进展与思考 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,高血压病已成为全世界重要的公共卫生问题之一。随着24 h动态血压监测技术的应用,对高血压病的治疗不再局限于单纯降低血压,对患者昼夜血压变化情况的改善已经成为衡量降压药物疗效的重要指标之一。针刺人迎穴治疗高血压病在临床获得了良好的降压效果,且具有降低晨峰血压、夜间血压等改善血压昼夜节律的优势。但其相关研究仍存在缺乏高质量、规范化、大样本试验等问题,需要更高级的证据支持其有效性,且缺乏对目前研究成果的总结与讨论。该文通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed、Cochrane数据库,对近10年国内外的相关研究文献进行了分析,主要阐述近年来针刺人迎穴改善血压昼夜节律的机制及临床研究情况,并进行总结与思考。 In recent years,hypertension has become one of the most important public health problems in the world.With the application of 24-hour dynamic blood pressure monitoring technology,the treatment of hypertension is no longer limited to simply lowering blood pressure.The improvement of changes in blood pressure during the day and night has become one of the important indicators to measure the efficacy of antihypertensive drugs.Treating hypertension by acupuncture of Renying(SP9)in the clinical has obtained a good blood pressure reduction effect,and has the advantage of improving morning peak blood pressure,night blood pressure and other improve circadian rhythm of blood pressure.However,there are still problems in relevant existing studies,such as lack of high quality,standardization and large sample studies which could provide more advanced evidence to support its effectiveness,and lack of summary and discussion of the current research results.By searching the CNKI,PubMed and Cochrane Library databases,this paper analyzed the relevant domestic and foreign research literatures in the past ten years,which mainly expounds the mechanism and clinical research of improving the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in recent years,as well as summarizes and thinks of it.
