成形轨迹对数控渐进成形质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究数控渐进成形过程中不同的成形轨迹对成形质量的影响,在给出下压点集中的等高线轨迹、下压点分散的等高线轨迹、等螺距螺旋线轨迹和不等螺距螺旋线轨迹这4种成形轨迹的生成方法的基础上,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对基于这4种成形轨迹的数控渐进成形过程进行数值模拟,并根据数值模拟结果,对比分析了基于这4种成形轨迹的成形厚度、等效应变、单元位置偏移和轮廓尺寸精度。研究结果表明:下压点集中的等高线轨迹对应的数值模拟模型与理论模型在Z方向的平均偏差最小,下压点分散的等高线轨迹对应的数值模拟模型在XOZ截面处单元位置偏移幅度最小,不等螺距螺旋线轨迹对应的数值模拟模型表面质量最好,整体减薄幅度最小。 In order to study the influences of different forming tracks on the forming quality in CNC progressive forming,on the basis of four forming track generation methods such as the underdraught points concentrated contour track,underdraught points dispersed contour track,equal pitch spiral track and unequal pitch spiral track,the CNC progressive forming processes with the above four forming tracks were simulated numerically by software ANSYS/LS-DYNA respectively,and their forming thickness,equivalent strain,element position deviation and contour dimension accuracy were analyzed comparatively according to the numerical simulation results. The results show that the numerical simulation model of the underdraught points concentrated contour track has the smallest average deviation from the theoretical model in the Z direction,the numerical simulation model of the underdraught points dispersed contour track has the smallest element position deviation at XOZ section,and the numerical simulation model of the unequal pitch spiral track has the best surface quality and the smallest overall thinning range.
