蒙药联合艾灸疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion therapy for chronic superficial gastritis

目的:观察蒙药联合艾灸疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院诊断为慢性浅表性胃炎的患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。治疗组采用传统蒙药联合艾灸疗法治疗,选择的蒙药如下:通拉嘎-5、乌优·乌日勒、壮西-21、巴特日-7、依赫汤。对照组选择的西药如下:奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊、甲硝唑片。结果:治疗组痊愈18例,占40.00%;显效16例,占35.56%;有效7例,占15.55%;无效4例,占8.89%;总有效率91.11%(41/45)。对照组总有效率86.67%(39/45)。比较两组临床疗效,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:传统蒙药联合艾灸疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎,上腹部不适、胃痛、胃胀、食欲不振、反酸等症状明显改善,疗效理想,副作用少,适合临床应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion on chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:90 cases of chronic superficial gastritis diagnosed in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases each.The treatment group used traditional Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion therapy;the selected Mongolian medicines are as follows:Tongalag-5,Aoyu·Wurile,Zhungxi-21,Bateri-7,Yihetang.The western medicines selected in the control group are as follows:omeprazole,amoxicillin,metronidazole.Results:In the treatment group,18 patients recovered,accounting for 40.00%,markedly effective:16 patients,accounting for 35.56%;7 patients effective,accounting for 15.55%;4 patients invalid,accounting for 8.89%;the total effective rate was 91.11%.The effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Traditional Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion therapy for chronic superficial gastritis,patients with upper abdomen discomfort,stomach pain,bloating,loss of appetite,acid reflux and other symptoms are significantly improved.
