扶阳种子丹对女性不孕症患者子宫内膜厚度及LH、E2、FSH水平的影响

Effect of Fuyang Zhongzi Minipills on Endometrial Thickness and LH,E2 and FSH Levels in Female Infertility Patients

目的研究扶阳种子丹对女性不孕症患者子宫内膜厚度及LH、E2、FSH水平的影响。方法将研究对象按照随机数字表法分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。对照组给予患者克罗米芬治疗,治疗组则使用扶阳种子丹治疗,比较2组临床疗效、并发症、子宫内膜厚度与卵泡直径以及性激素水平。结果治疗组的临床总有效率为96.66%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.005)。与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者LH、T水平均降低,且治疗组低于对照组;FSH、E2水平、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径均升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.005);治疗组的并发症总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的18.33%(P<0.05)。结论扶阳种子丹治疗女性不孕症能改善患者性激素水平,增加子宫内膜厚度及卵泡直径,且不良反应较少。

Objective To study the effect of Fuyang Zhongzi minipills on endometrial thickness and LH,E2,FSH levels in female infertility patients Methods From September 2017 to March 2020,According to the random number table method,120 infertile patients were divided into the treatment group of 60 cases and the control group of 60 cases.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the treatment group with Fuyang Zhongzi minipills.Results The total clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.66%and 85.00%,respectively.The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the levels of LH and T in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while in the treatment group,they were significantly lower.The levels of FSH and E2 increased significantly in the treatment group,and the endometrial thickness and follicle diameter increased significantly in the treatment group,the total incidence of complications in the treatment group was 5.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(18.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyang Zhongzi minipills can improve the level of sexual hormone,increase the thickness of endometrium and the diameter of follicle,and has less adverse reactions.
