温阳蠲痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变阳虚寒凝证临床观察

Study on the Effect of Wenyang Juanbi Decoction in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy with Yang Deficiency and Cold Coagulation Syndrome

目的探讨采用温阳蠲痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变阳虚寒凝证患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变阳虚寒凝证患者128例,随机分为2组,对照组采用常规基础治疗,研究组则采用常规基础治疗加服温阳蠲痹汤。结果经过治疗,在症状水平、运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度等方面,研究组较对照组的治疗效果更为显著(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论运用温阳蠲痹汤临床治疗糖尿病周围神经病变阳虚寒凝证,在改善周围神经功能方面效果明显,同时还兼具抗炎、抗过敏、改善微循环等作用,能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者生存质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Juanbi decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with yang deficiency and cold coagulation.Methods From January to December 2019,128 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine basic treatment,while the study group was treated with routine basic treatment and Wenyang Juanbi decoction.Result After treatment,in the aspects of symptom level,motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity,the therapeutic effect of the study group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion The application of Wenyang Juanbi decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with yang deficiency and cold coagulation has obvious effect on improving peripheral nerve function,anti-inflammation,anti-allergy and microcirculation,which can significantly improve the quality of life of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients.
