The Diagnosis and Treatment System Based on Syndrome Differentiation of the Six Meridians and Syndrome Differentiation of Zang-fu Viscera

辨证论治是中医诊疗疾病的核心,但目前现行的辨证体系较多,针对不同的疾病,不同的辨证方法各有其独特的优势及缺陷。针对中风病此类起病急、传变迅速的疾病,提出以六经辨证为纲、脏腑辨证为目的诊疗模式,充分发挥中医辨证论治的优势,更好地服务于临床。

Syndrome differentiation and treatment is the core of diagnosis and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,but there are many existing syndrome differentiation systems.Different syndrome differentiation methods have their own unique advantages and disadvantages for different diseases.In view of stroke,which starts rapidly and spreads rapidly,this paper puts forward a diagnosis and treatment mode based on syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians and syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera,giving full play to the advantages of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to better serve the clinical practice.
