总结李伟莉名中医治疗复发性流产(Recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)临床经验。其认为从中医来讲RSA的产生无外乎是母体冲任损伤或是胎元不健,病因病机是肾虚为主,兼以气血虚弱、脾肾两虚、血瘀、血热。李伟莉医师在临床中治疗该疾以补肾健脾为主,注重调畅情志,重视调理气血,病证结合,中西贯通。有幸能跟诊李医师,总结李医师治疗复发性流产的经验并附典型病案一则加以验证。

Li Weili’s clinical experience in the treatment of recurrent abortion was summarized.She thought the occurrence of RSA is nothing more than physically damaged of pregnant woman or has an unhealthy embryo in traditional Chinese medicine.The etiology and pathogenesis are kidney deficiency mainly,with asthenia of qi and blood,spleen and kidney deficiency,blood stasis and blood-heat.She pays attention to the mood,and regulating qi and blood combining disease and syndrome,and connecting Chinese and Western.Experience of Li Weili in the treatmentment of RSA was summarized,and a typical medical record was attached.
