摘要
目的探讨柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗老年功能性消化不良患者的效果。方法选取老年功能性消化不良患者60例,将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片,观察组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片和柴胡桂枝干姜汤。对比2组临床疗效,治疗前后临床症状评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为90.00%、66.67%,对照组较观察组降低;治疗后,2组患者临床症状均好转,且观察组明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组与对照组的不良反应总发生率分别是6.67%、13.33%,2组患者不良反应经对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝干姜汤可有效改善老年功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods Sixty elderly patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was given mosapride citrate tablets orally,and the observation group was given mosapride citrate tablets orally and Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction orally.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were90.00%and 66.67%respectively,and the total effective rate of the control group was lower than the observation group.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of both groups improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 6.67%and 13.33%respectively.No difference between the two groups of patients with adverse reactions by comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia,which is worthy of clinical application.
