耳穴贴压联合针刺治疗糖尿病合并高血压临床观察

The Therapeutic Effect of Auricular Acupoint Pressing and Acupuncture on Diabetic Patients with Hypertension

目的分析耳穴贴压、针刺联合药物治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者的疗效。方法纳入2017年1月—2020年1月收治糖尿病合并高血压患者150例,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用耳穴贴压联合针刺穴位治疗。观察2组患者血压、血糖控制水平,糖化血红蛋白及血浆hs-CRP、E1水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗后血压、血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血浆hs-CRP、E1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压、针刺联合药物治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of auricular acupoint pressing and acupuncture treatment combined with drug treatment on diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension.Methods Included in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020,150 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were given regular drug treatment,while patients in the observation group were given auricular acupoint pressing and acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,blood glucose,Hb A1 c control level and plasma hs-CRP and E1 levels were observed in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,the blood pressure.blood glucose levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the plasma hs-CRP and E1 levels in the observation group were and Hb A1 c significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing and acupuncture treatment combined with drug therapy has a significant effect on diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
