穴位贴敷联合中医优质护理在胸痹心痛发作期的应用效果

Study on the Significance of Traditional Chinese Medicine Quality Nursing Combined with Acupoint Application on Chest Numbness and Heartache in Attack Stage

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合中医优质护理对胸痹心痛发作期的意义。方法选取2018年1月—2019年5月在大连市中医医院内一科的90例胸痹心痛发作期患者,随机分组,对照组45例患者给予临床传统的方法治疗;试验组45例患者在给予临床传统的方法治疗基础上采取穴位贴敷联合中医优质护理,比较2组患者治疗后1年临床复发率。结果试验组患者治疗后1年临床总复发率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸痹心痛发作期患者来说,穴位贴敷联合中医优质护理对其的临床疗效显著,可以降低患者临床复发率,故该药方应作为辅助治疗方案。

Objective To study the significance of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine quality nursing on chest numbness and heartache in attack stage.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,90 cases of chest pain and heartache patients in department of internal medicine of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly assigned.45 cases of patients in the control group were treated with traditional clinical intervention.In the experimental group,45 patients were treated with traditional methods of clinical intervention and acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine quality nursing.The clinical recurrence rate of patients in the two groups was compared 1 year after treatment.Results The clinical recurrence rate of patients in the experimental group 1 year after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chest numbness and heartache,the clinical efficacy of the application combined with traditional Chinese medicine quality nursing is significant,and the clinical recurrence rate of the patients can be reduced.Therefore,this prescription should be used as an auxiliary treatment.
