白玉参景脉通汤对冠心病心绞痛IL-1β水平的影响

Effect of Baiyu Shenjing Maitong Decoction on IL-1βLevel of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察白玉参景脉通汤治疗痰瘀互阻型冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将60例痰瘀互阻型冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予拜阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀治疗;治疗组在西药基础上加服白玉参景脉通汤,疗程2个月。观察临床疗效及生化指标IL-1β水平的变化情况。结果对照组的治疗总有效率显著低于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的IL-1β均比治疗前明显降低,治疗组F降幅度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白玉参景脉通汤治疗痰瘀互阻型冠心病心绞痛患者能明显改善临床症状,可抑制IL-1β水平,延缓动脉粥样硬化进程发挥作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baiyu Shenjing Maitong decoction on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Method Sixty patients with stable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and each group had 30 cases.The control group was treated with aspirin and atorvastatin.The treatment group was given Baiyu Shenjing Maitong decoction based on western medicine for 2 months.Clinical efficacy and changes of biochemical index IL-1βlevel were observed.Result The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-1βof the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baiyu Shenjing Maitong decoction can obviously improve clinical symptoms,inhibit IL-1βlevel and delay the progress of atherosclerosis.
