正脊骨法联合石氏伤科音乐颈项平衡操治疗颈型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bone Orthopedics Therapy Combined with Shi’s Traumatology Music Neck Balance Exercise in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨正脊骨法联合石氏伤科音乐颈项平衡操在颈型颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年4月—2020年5月收治的颈型颈椎病患者74例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各37例。对照组采用正脊骨法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合石氏伤科音乐颈项平衡操治疗,对比2组临床疗效、疼痛及症状积分。结果观察组临床总有效率为97.30%,高于对照组的79.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛评分、症状积分分别为(2.33±1.06)分、(1.05±0.29)分,均低于对照组的(4.47±1.08)分、(1.72±0.69)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正脊骨法联合石氏伤科音乐颈项平衡操在颈型颈椎病中疗效确切,能够有效减轻患者疼痛,改善临床相关症状。

Objective To explore the application effect of bone orthopedics therapy combined with music neck balance exercise in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 74 patients with cervical spondylosis from April 2019 to may 2020 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bone orthopedics therapy,and the observation group was treated with Shi’s traumatology music neck balance exercise on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 97.30%,which was higher than 79.38%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score and symptom score of the observation group after treatment were(2.33±1.06)points,(1.05±0.29)points,which were lower than(4.47±1.08)points and(1.72±0.69)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bone orthopedics therapy combined with Shi’s traumatology music neck balance exercise in cervical spondylosis has definite curative effect,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the clinical symptoms.
