小承气汤联合多模式镇痛护理对腹部手术后患者胃肠功能及MOT、GAS的影响

Effect of Xiaochengqi Decoction Combined with Multi-mode Analgesia Nursing on Gastrointestinal Function and MOT,GAS of Patients after Abdominal Operation

目的探讨小承气汤联合多模式镇痛护理对腹部手术后患者胃肠功能及MOT、GAS的影响。方法选取80例腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用术后常规基础治疗联合多模式镇痛护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用小承气汤联合多模式镇痛护理,2组治疗周期均为4周,比较2组患者治疗后临床总有效率、胃肠功能指标、胃肠激素水平。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为87.50%,明显高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05);与对照组比,观察组的胃肠功能指标恢复时间均缩短(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后,2组患者的MOT水平均升高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后2组GAS、SST水平显著下降,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小承气汤联合多模式镇痛护理可有效调节胃肠激素水平,促进胃肠功能恢复,促进患者康复。

Objective To discuss the effect of Xiaochengqi decoction combined with multi-mode analgesia nursing on gastrointestinal function and MOT,GAS of patients after abdominal operation.Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal operation in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with postoperative conventional basic treatment combined with multi-mode analgesia nursing,and the observation group was treated with Xiaochengqi decoction combined with multi-mode analgesia nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment cycle of the two groups was four weeks,and the total clinical effective rate,gastrointestinal function indicators and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 87.50%which was significantly higher than 65.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function indexes in the observation group was shortened(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment,the MOT level of the two groups increased,and the level of GAS and SST in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GAS and SST in the two groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaochengqi decoction combined with multi-mode analgesia nursing can adjust the level of gastrointestinal hormone,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce pain and promote the recovery of patients.
