摘要
介绍了基于光学折射的3种乳化液浓度检测方案,选择棱镜内反射法作为检测方案。配制了几种浓度的乳化液,对其折射率进行了精密试验测量,获得了各种乳化液折射率基础数据;设计了棱镜反射法检测方案的光学系统结构及元件,计算分析了该测量系统的分辨率。
This paper introduced three kinds of emulsion concentration detection schemes based on optical refraction, and the prism internal reflection method is chosen as the detection method. Several kinds of emulsions were prepared, their refractive indexes were measured by precise experiment, and the basic data of refractive index were obtained. The optical system structure and components of the prism reflection method are designed, and the resolution of the measuring system is calculated and analyzed.
