摘要
针对复杂地质条件下顺层钻孔布孔审查工作中存在的效率低、精度差等问题,设计研发了1套顺层抽采钻孔审查系统。该系统可根据工程平面图模拟煤层真实赋存状态,并对抽采钻孔布孔合理性进行智能评判,巩固了抽采达标评判体系中的薄弱环节。建设煤矿1511采面应用效果表明:系统能准确定位抽采空白带并提出合理的补孔方案,显著提高了工作面瓦斯预抽效果,为规范化、程序化的进行瓦斯治理提供了智能化支撑。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy in the examination of bedding hole arrangement under complicated geological conditions, a set of bedding pumping drilling inspection system is designed and developed. The system can simulate the real state of coal seam occurrence according to the engineering plan, and intelligently evaluate the rationality of the layout of the extraction hole, thus consolidate the weak link in the evaluation system of the extraction standard. The application results of the construction of 1511 mining face show that the system can accurately locate the extraction blank belt and put forward a reasonable hole filling scheme, which significantly improves the gas pre-extraction effect of working face, and provides intelligent support for standardized and programmed gas treatment.
