摘要
提出了一种适合矿用人员便携设备的无线升级程序方法。以具有n RF24L01无线芯片的信息矿灯为例,采用无线广播传输和断点续传方式在下井口实现矿用人员便携设备程序的批量无线升级,提高了升级的可靠性和现场的可操作性。现场测试结果表明:该方法在不影响设备正常使用的情况下完成程序的升级,是一种可靠性高、低维护、不影响安全生产的矿用人员便携设备程序升级的有效途径。
This paper presents a wireless upgrade program method suitable for mine personnel portable equipment. Taking the miner’s lamp with nRF24 L01 wireless chip as an example, the wireless broadcast transmission and breakpoint continuous transmission are adopted to realize the batch wireless upgrade of the portable equipment program of mine personnel at the lower wellhead, which improves the reliability of the upgrade and the operability on site. The field test results show that this method can upgrade the program without affecting the normal use of the equipment. It is an effective way to upgrade the program of portable equipment for mining personnel with high reliability, low maintenance and no impact on safety production.
