摘要
本文探讨行星式辊筒挤出机(PRE)上混炼用白炭黑的乘用车轮胎胎面配方,并与密炼机混炼进行了比较,PRE最适合执行胎面胶配方的所有要求,同时具有成本效益和高质量的优势。
This article discusses the formula of passenger car tire tread of silica on planetary roller extruder(PRE),and compares it with internal mixer mixing.PRE is best suited to implement all requirements for tread compound formulations,while being cost-effective and high-quality.
