摘要
为实现橡胶注射机能够在硫化时间内进行脱模及模具的清理工作,设计了型腔模穿梭机构的整体方案,并利用UG完成零部件的三维建模。运用ANSYS Workbench对穿梭机构进行静力学分析,模拟穿梭机构在实际工况下的受力情况。仿真结果验证了穿梭机构结构强度的可靠性,满足实际工作的使用需求。
In order to realize that the rubber injection machine can demould and clean up the mold within the vulcanization time,the overall scheme of the cavity mold shuttle mechanism was designed,and the three-dimensional modeling of the parts was completed by UG.Use ANSYS Workbench to perform statics analysis on the shuttle mechanism,and simulate the force condition of the shuttle mechanism under actual working conditions.The simulation results verify the reliability of the structural strength of the shuttle mechanism,and meet the requirements of actual work.
