摘要
全钢轮胎挤出部件的尺寸稳定性与轮胎的动平衡、均匀性直接相关。挤出联动线在保证挤出部件的尺寸稳定性需克服多个变动因素影响,其中的张力控制是控制难点之一。本文浅析了挤出联动线张力控制特点及张力控制的实施方法。重点分析了张力检测控制中浮动辊的应用,利用速差控制算法以及规格配方、大数据反馈对其进行了优化。
The dimensional stability of all-steel tire extruded parts is directly related to the dynamic balance and uniformity of the tire.In order to ensure the dimensional stability of the extruded parts,the extrusion linkage line needs to overcome the influence of many variable factors.Among them,tension control is one of the difficult points of control.This article analyzes the characteristics of the tension control of the extrusion linkage line and the implementation method of the tension control.This article focuses on the analysis of the application of the floating roller in the tension detection control,and optimizes it using the speed difference control algorithm,the specification formula,and the big data feedback.
