摘要
对不同类型的聚合物及其复合材料表面金属化前处理工艺进行了综述,讨论了影响镀层附着力的主要因素,展望了特种聚合物表面金属化前处理工艺的前景。
The research progress in pretreatment processes for surface metallization of different types of polymers and their composite materials were summarized.The main factors affecting the adhesion strength of coating were discussed.The future development of the pretreatment processes for surface metallization of special polymers was prospected.
