《灵枢》“针所不为,灸之所宜”之浅析

Brief Analysis of‘Not Suitable for Treating with Acupuncture,Suitable for Treating with Moxibustion’in Lingshu

《灵枢》是一部中医理论著作,对针灸的发展有着重大意义。《灵枢·官能》篇载"针所不为,灸之所宜",明确指出不适合针刺治疗的疾病,可使用艾灸进行治疗。医者进行针刺疗法或艾灸疗法必须从个人的生理机制、寒热属性、虚实表现及疾病阴阳变化等条件出发。鉴于此,本文系统的探讨针刺和艾灸的各自特点及其适应范围,从时令气候、疾病性质、机体状态、施术部位等方面入手,查阅、整理、总结相关古代医籍的针刺与艾灸部分,论证各时期"针所不为,灸之所宜"理论对临床治疗疾病的指导意义及补充发展,讨论针刺与艾灸在不同情况下的运用方法及注意事项,为临床选取针刺疗法或艾灸疗法进行治病提供一定的参考价值及借鉴意义,以便更好地促进针刺与艾灸的发展。

The Lingshu is a theoretical work of traditional Chinese medicine,which is of great significance to the development of acupuncture.The Lingshu·Guanneng contains‘not suitable for treating with acupuncture,suitable for treating with moxibustion’,which clearly point out diseases that are not suitable for acupuncture treatment,and moxibustion can be used for treatment.Doctors using acupuncture or moxibustion must start from the individual′s physiological mechanism,nature of cold and heat,manifestations of deficiency and excess,and changes in yin and yang of the disease.Therefore,this article systematically discusses the respective characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion and their scope of adaptation,starting from the seasonal climate,nature of the disease,body condition,and surgical site.Summarize the acupuncture and moxibustion parts of relevant ancient medical books,demonstrate the guiding significance and supplementary development of the theory of‘not suitable for treating with acupuncture,suitable for treating with moxibustion’for clinical treatment of diseases in various periods.Discuss the application methods and precautions of acupuncture and moxibustion in different situations.Provide certain reference value and reference significance for clinical selection of acupuncture therapy or moxibustion therapy,in order to better promote the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.
