复方苦参注射液治疗泛发性湿疹的临床研究

Clinical Study of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)in Treatment of Generalized Eczema

目的观察复方苦参注射液治疗泛发性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选择泛发性湿疹患者100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组采用口服糖皮质激素制剂及抗组胺药物治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予复方苦参注射液治疗。治疗结束后对两组疗效进行对比研究。结果治疗2周后,治疗组临床症状改善率85%明显优于对照组63%,P<0.05;临床疗效,治疗组总显效率[80%(40/50)]明显优于对照组[60%(30/50)],P<0.05。结论复方苦参注射液适用于治疗泛发性湿疹且疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液) in the treatment of generalized eczema.Methods A hundred patients with generalized eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral glucocorticoids and antihistamines.The treatment group was given Compound Kushen Injection on the basis of the control group.Aftertreatment,the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement rate of clinical symptoms in the treatment group(85%) was significantly better than that in the control group(63%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group[80%(40/50)] was significantly better than that of the control group[60%(30/50)](P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection is suitable for the treatment of generalized eczema,and the curative effect is exact.
