中西医结合治疗卒中后抑郁的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treating Post-Stroke Depression

目的探讨中西医结合疗法治疗卒中后抑郁的效果。方法:选取本院在2017年1月—2018年12月收治的86例脑卒中患者,按照不同治疗方法分为实验组(43例,应用中西医结合治疗)和对照组(43例,单纯采用中医疗法)。比较患者在干预前后的抑郁、焦虑情绪改善情况以及疲乏程度、生活质量等内容。结果:研究组患者疲乏程度无症状39.4%、轻度36.4%、中度21.2%、重度0均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者在生活质量各项评分(生理、心理、社会、环境、总生存质量)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗卒中后抑郁患者的效果显著,能够显著改善患者抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪,明显改善患者疲乏程度,生活质量明显提高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicineon treating post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 86 stroke patients admitted to our hospital(from January 2017 to December 2018) were selected and divided into experimental group(43 patients treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine) and control group(43 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine) according to different treatment methods.The improvements of depression,anxiety,fatigue and quality of life before and after intervention were compared.Results The fatigue degree of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(symptoms 39.4%,mild 36.4%,moderate 21.2%,severe 0),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores(physiological,psychological,social,environmental and total quality of life) in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect on patients with post-stroke depression and can significantly relieve the patients′ depression,anxiety and other negative emotions and significantly improve the patients′ fatigue degree and the quality of life,and is worthy of promotion and application.
