“标本配穴”针灸疗法联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床研究

Clinical Study of“Biao-Ben Point”Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Mosapride in Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis

目的探究"标本配穴"针灸疗法联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效。方法128例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各64例,对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,观察组予"标本配穴"针灸联合莫沙必利治疗,治疗4周后进行疗效评估。比较两组治疗前后血糖、中医症状积分变化,统计两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率[87.50%(56/64)]显著高于对照组[68.75%(44/64)](P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组食后饱胀、恶心呕吐、腹痛、反酸嗳气等症状积分,空腹血糖含量,餐后2 h血糖含量较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组不良反应发生率[3.13%(2/64)]较对照组[12.50%(8/64)]显著降低(P<0.05)。结论"标本配穴"针灸疗法联合莫沙必利治疗DGP,可有效缓解患者临床症状,促进胃肠蠕动功能及血糖水平恢复,并具有良好的安全性,提高临床疗效,显著高于莫沙必利单用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of"Biao-Ben point"acupuncture therapy combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods A total of 128 cases DGP patients were selected and divided randomly into control group and observation group,64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride,and the observation group was treated with"Biao-Ben point"acupuncture therapy combined with mosapride.The curative effect was evaluated 4 weeks after treatment.The blood sugar,TCM symptom integral changes were compared.The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reaction in two groups were analyzed.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group[87.50%(56/64)]was higher than that of the control group[68.75%(44/64)](P<0.05).Four weeks after treatment,the symptom integral of fullness,nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,acid regurgitation,belching,fasting glucose level and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level of two groups decreased,and those of observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group[3.13%(2/64)]was lower than that of the control group[12.50%(8/64)]significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion"Biao-Ben point"acupuncture therapy combined with mosapride can ease the clinical symptoms of patients in the treatment of DGP,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function and blood glucose levels,enhance the clinical effectand has good security,which is significantly better than mosapride alone.
