针灸治疗单纯性肥胖的研究状况及前景

Research Status and Prospect on Treatment of Simple Obesity with Acupuncture

单纯性肥胖是指摄入大于消耗,导致体内脂肪异常堆积及分布且体质量增加的非病理性肥胖。随着经济社会文化的不断发展进步,全球肥胖人群数量日益增长。据统计[1],目前全球肥胖症人口大约6.3亿。中国肥胖人口接近1亿,位居世界第一,接近全国人口数量的10%。肥胖可引起糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停、多囊卵巢综合征、胆囊结石和关节病变等疾病,严重危害我国国民健康与生命安全。因此,肥胖的防治工作重要而艰巨,目前对肥胖的治疗通常采用口服降脂降糖西药、外科手术干预、控制饮食和运动等疗法,或因不良反应大,或因不能坚持,导致病情反复,疗效欠佳,减肥失败[2]。针灸治疗肥胖具有整体调治、安全有效、无不良反应、不易反弹等优点,成为被不少肥胖者接受和好评的"绿色"疗法[3]。

Simple obesity refers to non-pathological obesity that results in abnormal accumulation and distribution of body fat and weight gain due to more excessive intake than consumption.With the development of society,the number of obese people in the world is increasing.According to statistics[1],the global obesity population is about 630 million.The population of obesity in China is nearly 100 million,which is close to 10%of the national population,ranking the first in the world.Obesity can cause diabetes,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,malignant tumors,obstructive sleep apnea,polycystic ovary syndrome,gallbladder stones and joint diseases,seriously endangering the health and life safety of Chinese people.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of obesity is important and arduous.At present,the treatment of obesity usually adopts oral hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic western medicine,surgical intervention,diet control and exercise therapy,but due to side effects,or giving up halfway,it is easily recurred and has poor efficacy and weight loss failure[2].Acupuncture treatment of obesity has becoming a green therapy accepted and praised by many obese people for the advantages of overall treatment,safety and effectiveness,non-toxic side effects,not easy to rebound,etc[3].
